LUNCH FAJITAS

Our fajitas are presented sizzling hot on a cast iron skillet with bell peppers and onions. Served with rice, beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, sour cream and choice of corn or flour tortillas.

LUNCH DOS TACOS

Choice of homemade soft corn, hard-shell corn or soft flour tortillas. Served with Tío’s own rice and beans. All tacos with corn tortillas are gluten-free. (Substitute hydroponic Bibb lettuce for tortillas +1)

LUNCH QUESADILLAS

Quesadillas are served with shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo and chipotle cream sauce. (Sour cream substituted upon request)

LUNCH TORTAS

Tortas are served with curly fries. (Substitute side upon request)
