Appetizer:

  • Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, and garlic croutons come together in perfect harmony.
  • Fiesta Dip: Dive into a bowl of warm tortilla chips served with our homemade queso, seasoned ground beef, charro beans, and a blend of spices.
  • Empanada: Savor our delicious fried turnover, stuffed with seasoned ground beef and served with sofrito salsa and chipotle ranch.

Entrée:

  • Beef Churrasco: Immerse your taste buds in the flavors of marinated steak grilled over an open flame, thinly sliced, and topped with chimichurri sauce. Served with a side of rice and charro beans.
  • Whole Scored Fish: Enjoy a fried whole red snapper, adorned with sofrito and a drizzle of chimichurri. Served with cilantro lime rice and seasonal vegetables.
  • Mojo Chicken: Delight in a half chicken marinated in a savory garlic citrus sauce, accompanied by sweet plantains and your choice of rice and beans.
  • Seafood Pasta: Dive into a dish of coastal shrimp, mussels, and scallops sautéed in a garlic white wine sauce with diced tomatoes, served over linguini.
  • Carnitas Bowl: Satisfy your cravings with cilantro lime rice, chopped romaine, lightly fried marinated pork chunks, black beans, grilled pineapple salsa, avocado slices, fresh cilantro, and red onion. Add fresh jalapeno upon request, and it’s served with your choice of tortilla.
